Under the caring eye of Darren Game, our PGA coach, your child will be given all the knowledge and skills spanning some thirty years of coaching children how to play golf.

Children’s Golf Lessons
A game for life
Golf is a challenge, a lifetime journey in the search for excellence.
The quicker a child starts to play the better, the quicker the child learns the fundamentals and instils repetition in routines, the better quality their journey will be.
1 to 1 monthly coaching programme
Schedule
The programme includes four sessions per month, same time same day (for consistency, just like we need in playing golf.)
- Week 1 – putting.
- Week 2 – the short game.
- Week 3 – the long game (full swing).
- Week 4 – pupil driven, with them selecting an area they feel they need help with.
PGA Coach
Darren Game, a former Burghley Park junior himself, has dedicated his career (30 years so far) to coaching children to play golf.
Tailored Coaching
We teach the child and work with them to become the best they can be. There is no perfect swing, so how we can not teach it? We will enjoy the discovery together.
Skills to last
The philosophy here is to help the child learn how they play golf, discover themselves, and ultimately coach themselves.
Darren will challenge them to improve by discovery as opposed to being given quick fixes.
